William J. Holwager

Mr. Holwager is an Elder Law Attorney whose practice focuses on Estate and Trust Planning and Administration, Long Term Health Care Planning, and Real Estate Transactions. Bill has been a faculty member at programs sponsored by the Indianapolis Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation (ICLEF), the Central Indiana Corporate Fiduciaries’ Association, and the Estate Planning Council of Indianapolis. He has also spoken on legal topics to various other public and private organizations. Bill has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer by the publishers of Indianapolis Monthly Magazine from the inception of the program in 2004 and on multiple occasions thereafter.

When outside the office, Bill is an active member of the Kairos Prison ministry Team, and a trumpeter in the Remnant Jazz Ensemble.
